Silver maple, black locust, and walnut lidded hollow vessel

$125.00

This shallow, hollow vessel is one I turned from a piece of a local Silver Maple tree. The Black locust wood that I used for the lid also came from Fresno. I burned the lid with a torch and polished it, finishing with friction polish to add character to this piece. The finial is made from a local walnut tree that was over 150 years old! The hand-applied pyrography rim adds an artistic flare to this piece!
